We will be starting the new year off with another great estate sale in Lakewood. FOR THIS SALE ONLY, we will be selling on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. SALE HOURS WILL BE 11am TO 5pm on Wednesday and 9am to 3pm on Thursday and Friday. The address is 10275 Carmody Lane, 80227. To get to the sale from Hampden and Kipling, go north on Kipling to Morrison Rd; turn East on Morrison and go to Old Kipling. Turn North on old Kipling and go about a mile to Carmody Lane (top of the hill). Turn West on Carmody; the sale house is at the end of the Cul-De-Sac. This is an exceptionally clean, non-smoking, pet-free home.
